Irrigation section through county funding and partnership with donor like JICA have been able to promote the construction or rehabilitate pipelines infrastructure .The project involve the construction of intake,laying the mains and distributing the water to farmers .Example of this projects include Gatitu Muthaiga and Kiamariga Raya in Salama ward
