The Laikipia Rabies Vaccination

  0
The Laikipia Rabies Vaccination Campaign Committee together with the County government of Laikipia will be carrying out rabies vaccination campaign from the 19th October 2018 to the 8th December 2018.
The campaign is part of strategy to make Laikipia Kenyas first rabies free county. During this period, veterinary officers will visit different areas of the county. We therefore urge you to bring out all your dogs and cats to be vaccinated against this deadly virus.
The campaign areas that we will visit include: Naibunga, Nairbor and Jua Kali, Il Polei and Jua kali, Ol Pejeta, Borana, Rumuruti, Extended Rumuruti, and Nanyuki.
Please be aware that there is no cure for rabies once the symptoms are present, and it inevitably leads to death.
The good news is that it can be prevented! Vaccinate your dog because protecting dogs against rabies helps protect you and your family too
Together we can make Laikipia Rabies Free!
The vaccination is Free of charge!
