Eye Specialists Join Kimanjo Free Medical Camp On Day 4

Eye specialists joined the surgical as Kimanjo medical and surgery camp entered Day 4 on Thursday, 19th September, 2019.
The day also witnessed Deputy governor HE John Mwaniki and County First lady HE Maria Mbeneka lay the foundation stone for an X-ray unit.
H.E the first lady launched the goat-for-every-delivery for TBC (traditional birth companions) done at a health facility.
A total of 81 eye patients were attended to. There were six operations, while outpatient department attended to 178 patients. The days statistics were as follows:
*Beyond zero screening at the soko:195
*Screened by doctors: 18
*Booked for operation: 3
*Patients in wards: 18
