New Trucks To Support Solid Waste Management

Solid waste management is one of the most challenging tasks for many city and municipal managers. Aging infrastructure is also a hinderance to service delivery. Today I would like to salute our county solid waste managers who despite the obviously challenging environment they work in have continued to offer a service that keeps our towns clean. To further support them Governor Ndiritu Muriithi of County Government of Laikipia has purchased two new trucks to support the teams to continue to deliver a good service. We officially handed them over to the team for use in Nyahururu and Nanyuki with outreach to urban centres in Laikipia North and also Laikipia central
