Mr Daniel Ngumi

Mr. Ngumi Daniel currently serves as the Chief Officer for Finance and County Treasury in the County Government of Laikipia. He is an accomplished finance professional with in-depth expertise in public financial management, economic planning, and fiscal policy.

Mr. Ngumi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Public Administration, a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya [CPA(K)].

Professional Experience:

• County Government of Laikipia: Currently serving as Chief Officer – Finance and County Treasury, and previously held the position of Head of County Treasury Accounting

• County Government of Kiambu: Served as Director of Finance

• National Treasury: Served for six years across multiple departments as Chief Accountant, contributing significantly to national fiscal systems and financial accountability
