The Department of Crops and Irrigation (Food Systems Resilience Project), County Government of
Laikipia, invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the following works:

Important Information to Tenderers
1. The Tender Documents (in English) may be viewed, inspected and obtained free of charge by interested eligible
tenderers from the County Government of Laikipia website: www.laikipia.go.ke or the Public Procurement
Information Portal (PPIP): https://tenders.go.ke.
2. Completed tender documents must be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender
Description and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box at the address below on or before 28th
October 2026 at 11:00 Hours East African Time.
• Electronic tenders will not be permitted.
• Late tenders will be rejected.
• Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the tenderers’ designated representatives and anyone who
chooses to attend at the same address and time.
3. A Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Visit shall be conducted on Thursday, 22nd October 2026 at 11:00 Hours East
African Time as follows:
• Makutano Sale Yard – Ngobit Ward • Dipatus Sale Yard – Segera Ward
