WOMEN ENTERPRISE FUND
Women enterprise fund is an existing fund established to provide accessible and affordable credit to support women expand /start business for wealth and employment.
This activity is being done by National Government which provides women with fund to invest in different business activities to boost their standards of living.
Majority of women have benefited from this fund countrywide in that they are able to sustain themselves economically.
Women enterprise fund also support services such as capacity building, marketing and advertising of Kenya loans that are being offered.
It is a flagship project under the social pillar in vision 2030 which enhances National Government to realize gender equality and women empowerment as one of the government target and task.
To ensure Gender Equality, the Kenyan Government has to set aside some fund in order to support elders, youth, persons with disability and women fund.
