Guidelines On Re Opening Of Eateries/Restaurants In Laikipia County

Following the directives issued by the NG-Ministry of Health on reopening of restaurants and eateries, the CECM-Health has today given the guidelines that shall be used for a smooth implementation of the re-opening process:-
-All the workers in the food establishments shall be screened for temperatures and history of travel(exposure risk to covid-19).
-They must have valid medical examination certificates from a Government institution.
-Must have and adorn valid and appropriate infection prevention attire(masks,overcoats,gloves,etc)
-Establishments must have hand washing stations with running water, soap and sanitizers.
-Must have visible markings for social distancing.
-Must maintain customers / clients manifest.
On fulfilment of the above requirements an establishment shall be granted a clearance certificate to operate within the directives issued for prevention and control of covid-19.
